Seven-Colored Yunnan, Hearts United in Journey
Leaving behind the hustle of the workshop and the desk-bound duties of the office, we embarked on a journey to a land of poetic beauty. Recently, the team from Jiangxi Mingyang Fiberglass Co., Ltd. set foot on the seven-colored land of Yunnan, embarking on a dreamlike journey spanning several days. This was more than just a trip; it was a crucible for team bonding and an elevation of shared spirit. Let's retrace our steps and revisit those shining moments together.
First Stop: Spring City Kunming, A Warm Welcome
Our journey began in the "Spring City" of Kunming. Strolling by the vast, shimmering Dianchi Lake, watching seagulls soar, our hearts and minds felt equally expansive. Among the towering stone forests, we explored the awe-inspiring craftsmanship of nature. Within these geological legends millions of years in the making, we gained insight that our team, too, must be like the stone forest-firmly rooted and mutually supportive-to achieve magnificent feats.
Second Stop: Wind, Flowers, Snow, Moon – Dali's Leisurely Pace
Riding the Xiaguan wind, we arrived in Dali, nestled beside the Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake. By the shores of Erhai, we cycled or strolled, letting the clear lake water and gentle breeze wash away our fatigue. Through the lens, we captured colleagues' smiles, brighter than the sunshine itself.
Wandering on the bluestone-paved paths of Dali Ancient Town, amidst the upturned eaves and intricate brackets of Bai ethnic architecture, we felt the weight of history and the charm of ethnic culture. Here, we slowed our pace. In the relaxed rhythm of "slow living," we deepened our understanding of each other and enhanced the tacit understanding among colleagues.
Third Stop: Soft Lijiang, An Encounter with Snow Mountain and Ancient Town
Lijiang was the most vividly painted stroke on the canvas of our journey. Gazing up at the majestic Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, we were awestruck by nature's grandeur and the tenacity of life. Riding the cable car upwards, we encouraged one another, overcoming altitude challenges together-much like how we join hands to tackle obstacles at work.
At Blue Moon Valley, that bend of crystal-clear, strikingly blue water left everyone breathless, each eager to capture this dreamlike moment.
As night fell, we stepped into Lijiang Ancient Town. Among its small bridges, flowing streams, weeping willows, and traditional houses, we soaked in the charm of Naxi culture. In the soft glow of lantern light, colleagues walked together, savoring a cup of Pu'er tea, listening to a folk melody from the ancient town. The warmth of our team quietly flowed through the ancient town's nightscape.
Cohesion Strengthened, A Journey Full of Rewards
This Yunnan journey allowed us not only to appreciate the ultimate beauty of "wind, flowers, snow, and moon" but also, through days and nights spent together, to transform colleague relationships beyond the boundaries of work into deep friendships and seamless trust. The mutual care, shared joy, and collective challenges along the way made the cohesion within the Mingyang family stronger than ever.
