Fibreglass Wrap Tape is an economical, high temperature insulation material able to withstand ongoing exposure to temperature up to 550°C. This tape has good
mechanical strength and is very flexible to allow for tight wrapping around irregularly shaped objects.
Fibreglass Tape has excellent thermal insulation characteristics and effectively dissipates heat. It is resistant to most chemicals and solvents and has high dielectric strength.
This woven Fibreglass Tape does not stretch or shrink and remains inherently stable. At 400°C is retains about 50% of its original tensile strength. Fibreglass Wrap Tape will not burn, smoulder or support flame.
